Chess piece movements
Chessformer utilizes the movement principles of chess pieces to overcome various challenges on a 2D grid. This means rooks move only in straight lines, bishops move only diagonally, etc. The difference is that you're moving sideways, so moving your piece up the board also causes it to fall.
Tricky challenges
Chessformer provides an easy introduction to the game's mechanics, with the initial levels being fairly straightforward. However, the difficulty ramps up quickly. You'll need to put on your problem-solving hat and think creatively to progress through the levels.
